Wednesday, August 6th at 5:45 pm, the Children's Choir will begin rehearsing "Meet Me At the Manger."  Mrs. Jane Folds will be directing.  All children through 6th grade are invited to come, participate, and have a good time.

The BBC Youth Search Committee made a church report concerning the financial package of Mr. Matthew Glover, prospective youth minister.  He is currently a student in Graceville at Baptist College of Florida.  The church voted to approve the financial package of 15 hours a week at a rate of $200 weekly.  Matt has been invited to give present his testimony and meet the congregation on Sunday, August 10, 11:00 am in view of a call.   Should the church approve Matt Glover an invitation will be given to him to join the staff.   Come and hear this young man as he shares his heart how the Lord is leading him here to serve Bethlehem Baptist.will be presenting a report on the proposed youth worker along with salary package to be offered before the church.  On Sunday, August 10th, the youth worker will be introduced to the church family giving a brief testimony.  This will be  view of a call to be extended to this young man for work with the youth program.

BBC is planning a spaghetti lunch fundraise for Ms. Janice Harris on August 10th following the 11:00 am worship in the Fellowship Hall at the church.  The project is being hosted by the Temple Builders and Joy Classes.  Please make your plans to attend and/or donate to the beneficial cause.  Thank  you.

On Saturday, August 9th, Jason Harris and Kim Brown's classes will hold a combined fellowship at Walter and Wendy Gay's barn.  If you are members of either of these classes, please make reservations with either Jason Harris or Kim Brown and plan to attend this fellowship beginning at 6:30 pm.

WMU will be meeting on Tuesday, August 12  6:30 pm at Charlotte Riley's house. Please come join the ladies for a great time of fellowship and study.

The Judson Baptist Associaion WMU will host a retreat on August 23, 9:00-12 noon at the Great Southern Conference Center in Abbeville, AL.  Speakers include Rosalie Hunt and Keisha Walding, Miss USA.  The cost is $13.00 and a buffet lunch is included, catered by Huggin Molly's.  Money and reservations need to be in by Augus 10th to the church office, contact Charlotte at 693-3000.

1.  On August 3, Bro. George Thompson, Director of Judson Baptist Association will offer "Sharing Jesus Without Fear"  an evangelistic tool to help everyone share Jesus with anyone and everyone you come in contact with.  It is only a four week course designed to help share the most precious gift of all--Jesus Christ.On
2. July 27, Financial Peace University kicks off its preview for the 13 week course beginning on two offering nights-Sunday, August 3 and Tuesday, August 5.  This is a great way to put your financial house in order.  Mickey DeShazo and Emily Waddell will be the facilitators for this study to be offered on Sunday  and Tuesday nights.  If you can't make one attend the other.
